Fans of Swiss Miss just do not know what they're missing. I have to admit, I've something of an addiction to this stuff in the wintertime. It is very tasty, albeit a bit sweet, but the flavor just doesn't make one say "WOW!" It did have a nice aroma and texture, and a pleasing amount of almond crunch. And, organic and Fair Trade are always a bonus. Our rating: 3.75 of 5 bon bons Organic Very Dark Chocolate (71%)9.29.06A pleasant, but not exceptional, dark chocolate. It has a good texture for being so dark, and only a bit of bitter aftertaste. The flavor is fruity, verging on sour. We were pleased, not enamored.
